The hotel was brand new so everything was very clean and modern. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attraction. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay.
The room was a bit small for two people and there wasn't much of a view from the high floors. However, this didn't detract from the overall experience of staying at this affordable and well-located hotel.

Friendly staff made me feel welcome. The hotel's location was great, just steps away from the Dontonbori river. The room was clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels and free toiletries provided. Also, transportation to nearby areas was easily accessible.

The staff were incredibly kind which gave us a great first impression! the cleanliness was also superb, which is very important during these times. the location was ideal, as it was only a short walk away from the bustling center and the nearby markets. the rates were economical which made the overall experience even better.
The room was quite small, and we didn't get a very good view from our window. this didn't bother us too much as we were out exploring most of the day anyway.
